Proven previous experience in an equivalent position.
Complete graduation in Secretarial or Business Administration.
ACTIVITIES OF THE OFFICE:
Management of the board’s schedule of appointments. Administrative organization. Travel planning. Experience with written communication. Attendance in person and via international telephone. Planning and organizing events. Monitoring and preparation of meetings. Domain of the Office Package (Word and Excel). Experience with customer service. Good communication, good interpersonal skills, time management and pro activity.
Advanced English mandatory to work with the board, making the first service, providing information and serving as an interpreter for meetings.
Desirable: Have availability to travel and driver’s licence.
WORKING HOURS: Business Hours (Mon to Sat), with availability for schedule changes.
